Journey into Nyx is the third set in the Theros block. Prerelease events took place April 26 and 27, 2014. It was released on May 2, 2014.
Like its predecessors, Journey into Nyx has a ancient Greek themed top-down design, making use of many mythological tropes.
Enchantment creatures, bestow, devotion, heroic and scry return from Theros and Born of the Gods. But this is the first set that "Enchantments really matters" and makes enchantment decks viable, at last. Enchantments with constellation abilities represent the divine constellations that fill the night sky — and now the mortal world — of Theros. An enchantment's constellation ability triggers every time it or another enchantment enters the battlefield under your control. A spell with a strive ability lets you pump more mana into it to increase the number of targets.
