It says she is a shaman but her card type is druid. Is there a reason for this?--66.116.1.38 21:12, 23 February 2020 (UTC)

Gruul are typically Shamans, however you are right she is indeed a druid. -Yandere Sliver H09 symbol 21:42, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
Only realized it after coming here for D&D purposes lol although it is odd she is a druid rather then shaman. --J spencer93 (talk) 03:13, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
Not only that, apparently she wasn't imagined as a centaur from the start. If you read the Magic Story "Gruul Ingenuity", it says: "Nikya called, "Zhur-Taa, gather!" She dismounted from her beast and climbed up the stone blocks of the Speaking Mound. Nikya looked grim as she sat down, cross-legged."

Not something that seems natural for a centaur... and it's not said anywhere that she is a centaur and not a human, too. --Firebead elvenhair (talk) 10:28, 24 February 2020 (UTC)

I think the "of the Old Ways" part of the name implies that Gruul had a druidic tradition rather than a shamanic tradition in the past. - Yandere Sliver H09 symbol 10:32, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
