Paul Barclay is a former Magic Rules Manager for Wizards of the Coast, following in the footsteps of Beth Moursund and Brady Dommermuth.[1] He was also an occasional designer/developer.[2]

He started working as designer in 2001. He led game design on, and launched, Magic Online and was also game designer for Duel Masters.[3] After that, he became manager of New Product Development (December 2004), and Program Director (June, 2008). He left the company in October, 2013.
