The panic ability, informally named after the eponymous Panic card, prevents opponents' creatures from blocking. It is primary in red.[1] There is no secondary, as sorcery-speed tap effects (primary in blue and white) are functionally similar. This ability mostly shows up on spells but occasionally as an activated ability at higher rarities.
