Oko's Madness is a Magic Arena-specific constructed format for Magic: The Gathering, similar to Momir's Madness.[1]
Description
Each player begins the game with a 60-card deck containing only basic lands and an Oko's Whims emblem that has the following abilities:
- Creatures you control have base power and toughness 3/3 and are Elks in addition to their other types.
- Pay
, Discard a card: Create a token that's a copy of a random creature with converted mana cost 8 or less. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.
