Novijen is the former Simic Guildhall on Ravnica. It was the genetics laboratory where the Simic designed and perfected their biological experiments. It was a hybrid of living matter and sculpted stone held in place by thick cables designed to keep it isolated from the surrounding structures.
When Project Kraj went out of control, Novijen was incorporated as the head of the cytoplast monster. After the demise of Project Kraj, all parts were deconstructed by the quietmen.
