Kaseto, Orochi Archmage is a legendary snake wizard from Kamigawa.
History[ | ]
Long ago on the plane of Kamigawa, during the Kami War, Seshiro led the orochi colonies – the home of his four-armed serpent race. He was the first of the orochi to reach out to human monks and learn their wisdom, and although he was a masterful archer, his favored path was peaceful meditation.
Now, many centuries later, the archmage Kaseto claims descent from this ancient master, and is the keeper of the received wisdom of his revered ancestor. The archmage inspires his brethren to rise over their more bestial nature, searching for wisdom and not relying simply on poison and fangs.[1]
