Grzegorz Kowalski is a Polish Magic player. He is perhaps best known for his performance at the 2018 World Championship, where he finished runner-up behind Javier Dominguez. He also won Grand Prix Lyon 2018, and has six other top eight finishes. Four of those came during the 2017–18 season, where he ultimately achieved Platinum status in the Pro Players Club. At the Pro Tour level, his best finish is 10th-place at PT Shadows over Innistrad. He was also the captain of the Polish national team that placed second at the 2017 World Magic Cup. In December 2018, it was announced that Kowalski would be one of the 32 players joining the upcoming 2019 Magic Pro League.
