Cedric Phillips is an American Magic commentator and pundit, and former professional player. He finished sixth at Pro Tour Kyoto 2009, his most significant tournament accomplishment. Phillips also has two Grand Prix top eights, at GP Colombus 2004 and at GP Boston 2012. In recent years, he has been better known as the editor and manager of coverage of Star City Games, forms a popular commentator duo with Patrick Sullivan on that circuit, and is the resident expert commentator for the official MPL-era coverage team. Phillips also has numerous podcasts; including The Cedric Phillips Podcast, where he tackles news and controversies in the world of Magic, as well as other subjects, and The Resleevables alongside Patrick Sullivan.
