Sergeant Bell Borca of the Tenth Leaguehall was a human rookie officer of the Wojek League placed under the command of Agrus Kos. Borca was killed during a terrorist attack by a Rakdos goblin.[1] His spirit returned to haunt Kos until the Wojek official managed to stop Szadek's attempt to conquer Ravnica.
Since his name was put into the report by Agrus Kos, he was credited with solving his own murder.
