Zak Dolan became the first Magic World Champion when he won the 1994 World Championship. He later wrote an article on magicthegathering.com recounting the experience.[1] Dolan also played at the 1995 World Championship, where he finished 10th,[2] and the first two Pro Tours. He has since retired from playing the game professionally.
