re: Elvish Archers[]

I think this one is dubious. The flavor text only gives a first name, and Alpha predates Legends by almost a year. Beyond that, many Legends characters originate in the designer's D&D campaign, which makes the coincidence even less likely. On the other hand, on account of that fact of the set's design, I have no trouble believing that Lady Orca's flavor text does refer to Mackenzie. --Corveroth (talk) 05:32, 5 July 2017 (UTC)

I tweaked a few other things, and changed the reference to link to Gavin Verhey's Instagram, where he posted the entirety of that calendar a day at a time a few years ago. It bothers me a bit that most of this page is just verbatim quotes of the sources, but for a minor character with little coverage, I'm not particularly worried. --Corveroth (talk) 05:55, 5 July 2017 (UTC)

About Elvish Archers: I think it's dubious, too. I didn't remove it because it was already there and I thought there may be a source I didn't know, but I have no problem with removing it. About the "verbatim" problem: I know, but what I strive for with updating the pages of the minor characters referenced in the calendar (like Abu Ja'Far and Nebuchadnezzar) is preserving that very old lore source. Since those characters have about a sentence each, I don't think there is really a different, valid solution.--Firebead elvenhair (talk) 07:34, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
