Simon Nielsen is a Danish professional player. Best known for winning the 2014 World Magic Cup as a member of the Danish national team, at which he famously turned around a seemingly unwinnable game by topdecking the one-of Duneblast (dubbed the "Daneblast") in a crucial situation.[1] Nielsen also has five Grand Prix top eight finishes including a win at GP Birmingham 2018, and his best Pro Tour result is a 10th-place finish at PT Eldritch Moon in 2016.
