Sand Warriors are Dominarian creatures controlled by Hazezon Tamar.

Sand Warriors are actually made of sand, and are modeled after Hazezon himself.[1] He summons them using a short stick topped by a two-faced head, which he twirls between his palms while saying magical verses that mostly aid concentration and that end with "Stand, sons of the sand!"
Prerevisionist[ | ]
Prerevisionist Sand Warriors were depicted as human, and Hazezon was their leader.[2] Johan described them as not being known for their patience. After Jedit's monox died, the Sand Warriors surrounded them and used a desert ray, one of their many modes of transportation, to bring Jedit and Johan to Hazezon.
