Ryuichi Arita (有田隆一) is a Japanese former professional player. A Pro Tour fixture from 2004 through 2007, he made it to Sunday play at the Pro Tour four times. A noted team player, Arita and his teammates Masami Ibamoto and Ichirou Shimura finished third at Pro Tour Seattle 2004, and at Pro Tour Charleston 2006, he again finished third, this time alongside Kazuya Mitamura and Chikara Nakajima. Interestingly, despite having four final eight appearances at the Pro Tour stage, arguably the pinnacle of professional play, Arita has no additional premier event top eight finishes.
