Roxith was one of the Seven Steel Thanes of New Phyrexia.[1]
Roxith. known as the Thane of Rot aspires to get rid of flesh in all of New Phyrexia's lifeforms (ironically, he also wants to build a layer with nothing but flesh). Roxith planned to oust Sheoldred and Karn but failed. He was later killed in a clever deception.
