History[ | ]
With her vedalken assistant Mitul, Rashmi conducted her aetherological research in a massive roving Inquirium where she strives to unlock the secrets of the Blind Eternities surrounding Kaladesh.[2] While doing research, she created a miniature planar portal.[1] She won the Inventors' Fair but was abducted by Tezzeret.[3] In his employ, she expanded on the design and created the Planar Bridge. After sabotaging her own invention, she was rescued by Saheeli and the Renegades.[4]
Together with Mitul, Rashmi joined the Renegades. Together they completed Tezzeret's Ruin for them, a massive skyship designed to attack the Consulate's Spire. She renamed it Heart of Kiran.[5] Rashmi also designed the Hope of Ghirapur, a thopter able to disrupt Tezzeret's Aether Spire.[6]
