Open Hostility is a 100 card Commander preconstructed deck, featured in Commander 2016. It is four colored {B}{R}{G}{W}.[1] The primary theme of the deck is "Aggression" (aggro). The primary new commander is Saskia the Unyielding, the secondary new commander is Tana, the Bloodsower partnered with either Ravos, Soultender or Tymna the Weaver.

Decklist[ | ]

“  The “Open Hostility” deck is commanded by Saskia the Unyielding, a battle-hardened warrior born from a tragic massacre that devastated her people. This deck is single-minded in its aggression, just like Saskia in her quest for revenge.

In the early game, prioritize creatures you can begin attacking with quickly, like Managorger Hydra or Taurean Mauler. Consider saving Saskia for a turn in which you can make a huge attack, dealing a ton of damage. If you’re playing with partners, Tana, the Bloodsower and Tymna the Weaver are both good to play out quickly for an early advantage. Consider waiting to play Ravos until you can get a lot out of the +1/+1 effect. Hopefully, your opponents will have run out of removal by that point.

Aggressive decks are naturally vulnerable to effects that destroy all of the creatures on the board, but you can fight these by constantly creating Saproling tokens with cards like Korozda Guildmage and Necrogenesis. The tokens can become huge threats if you combine them with effects that boost your entire team, such as Beastmaster Ascension and Wild Beastmaster.
