Efuan Pincar is a nation on Dominarian modern day Terisiare that was infiltrated by Phyrexian sleeper agents. The threat was negated by Urza's machines. Efuan Pincar was also the birthplace of Ratepe.
Efuan Pincar and its capital Pincar City lie on the the northern part of the island of Gulmany, at the foot if the Ohran Mountains.[1] This is the location of the former Ronom Glacier.
