Aphetto was the second largest city on the Dominarian continent of Otaria.
Description
Aphetto and its nearby swamps were home to the "Raven Guild", the Cabal, wizards, and zombies.
History
A group of ambitious mages began coordinating their efforts to steal illicit business within the city from the Cabal.[1] Known as the Raven Guild, this group of wizard grifters, merchants, pickpockets, and spies were a significant force in Aphetto's organized crime.
Aphetto became the seat of power for the Cabal Patriarch, shortly before it was destroyed by Karona.
